1. Acceptance
By submitting an application or enrolling in any programme offered by Verista Soccer Spain("the Academy"), the participant (and their parent or legal guardian, if under 18) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any provision, do not submit an application.

- Five daily meals planned by certified nutritionists
- Professional coaching by UEFA Pro-licensed coaches
- Competitive matches in the Spanish league system
- Access to training facilities, gym and recovery
- Laundry and room cleaning
- 24/7 mentor support
International flights, travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses and items not explicitly listed above are not included.
3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Programmes are open to players aged 9 and above (U10 through Senior). Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian co-sign the enrolment agreement and provide written consent for all programme activities, accommodation arrangements and media usage.
4. Payments and Fees

- The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the programme start date, unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
- Failure to pay by the deadline may result in automatic cancellation of the enrolment with no right to a refund of the deposit.
- All prices are quoted in euros (€). Currency conversion fees and bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the participant.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- More than 30 days before start: full refund minus the €250 non-refundable deposit.
- 15–30 days before start: 50% refund of the total fee (deposit excluded).
- Less than 15 days before start: no refund.
- After programme commencement: no refund for early departure or dismissal.
The Academy may, at its sole discretion, offer a deferral or credit toward a future programme in lieu of a monetary refund. Refunds for medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis upon presentation of supporting documentation.
6. Visa Assistance
For programmes exceeding 90 days, the Academy provides documentation and guidance for the Spanish Student Visa (Type D) application, including letters of enrolment and proof-of-accommodation paperwork.
The Academy does not guarantee visa approval. If a participant's visa application is denied and the participant withdraws before the Letter of Invitation has been submitted to relevant authorities, a refund of all monies paid (minus the €250 administrative fee) will be issued. Once the Letter of Invitation has been used for a visa application, no refund will be issued regardless of the outcome.
7. Medical and Insurance Requirements

- Participants must hold valid travel and medical insurance covering the full duration of their stay in Spain, including sports-related injury cover.

The Academy reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive, dangerous or in breach of these rules, without refund.

10. Media Consent
By enrolling, participants (and their parent/guardian, if under 18) grant the Academy permission to capture and use photographs, video footage and testimonials of the participant for promotional purposes, including the website, social media channels and marketing materials.
This consent may be revoked in writing at any time. Revocation applies to future use only. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The Academy shall not be obligated to issue refunds in force majeure situations but will use reasonable efforts to minimise participant impact.
